Community Partners

We are proud to collaborate with agencies throughout Eau Claire and Wisconsin to improve life for local families. Specifically, we partner with:

  • Mayo and Marshfield Hospitals to enroll parents prenatally in Triple P Baby and promote Welcome Baby visits and infant programs as soon as the child is born.
  • The Pablo Foundation and the Eau Claire Community Foundation to provide monthly book from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to children birth to age 5 living in Eau Claire County; and with the Women Infant and Children program and Eau Claire Department of Human Services to make sure the program reaches those who stand to benefit the most.
  • The Wisconsin Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board and Thriving Wisconsin to maintain our status as an FRC of Quality and bring research-supported information to all parents and caregivers.
  • Prairie Ridge Early Learning, Head Start, Bolton Refuge House, Beacon House for the Family Promise, Hope Gospel, Oakleaf Pediatrics, Mayo Clinics, NorthLakes Family Medicine, and the Eau Claire Area School District to bring the Triple P Positive Parenting Program to parents of children ages 0-16. Our Triple P Leadership Team includes members from a dozen local organizations.
  • The Early Literacy Coalition of the Greater Chippewa Valley which partners with families to support literacy development in young children, including Chippewa Valley Little Libraries. The FRC donated the Little Library in Owen Park!
  • TRY Mediation, Inc., by serving on their community board of directors and offering our 5-week Triple P Family Transitions program to families experiencing divorce.
  • The Nurse Family Partnership Program, by serving on their community board and offering Parent Cafes to NFP families.
  • The Eau Claire Health Alliance, by serving on its Mental Health and Community Connectedness action team.

Collaborating with the Family Resource Center has expanded my professional connections across the community, ones I never would have obtained without the FRC.
