Adaptive Programs and Supports

We are dedicated to serving families of children and youth with disabilities, delays, and special health care needs.

Building connection and supporting all families

Every family’s journey is unique and our team is here to connect you with community resources tailored to your needs. Many of our staff members are raising children with high support needs themselves – allowing us to walk alongside you with genuine understanding as you navigate both the special joys and challenges of parenting your child.

We also offer Stepping Stones, an adaptation of the evidence-based Positive Parenting Program known as Triple P, for parents of children with disabilities.
